Refunds

SO&CO New York offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all watch orders, so you have plenty of time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return your watch for any reason, we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund to your original payment method. All watches must be returned in brand new, unworn, and undamaged condition.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on watch straps.

To initiate a return, just contact us and we’ll provide you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your watch.

Exchanges

SO&CO New York is happy to offer exchanges on brand new, unworn, and undamaged watches. To initiate an exchange, please contact us. For domestic orders, SO&CO New York will send you a UPS label to return your watch. You are responsible for dropping the package off at a UPS Center, or arranging for a pick-up. Once we receive and inspect the watch, we’ll ship your new watch to the same address as your original order. If your exchange is a lower price than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. If your exchange is a higher price than your original purchase, we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance before your watch is shipped.
