Processing

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Thursday will ship on the same business day, following approval by our fraud detection system. On Friday, our shipping cutoff is 12 p.m.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all domestic orders including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii for a flat rate of $5.95 via DHL SmartParcel (3-5 business days). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Expedited and overnight shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

Free Domestic Shipping on Orders over $99

We ship all domestic orders over $99 including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii free via DHL SmartParcel (3-5 business days). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Expedited and overnight shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. Free shipping may not be available under certain circumstances (ex. special promotions, combo packs, etc.), in these instances an updated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to fulfill and ship orders worldwide via DHL eCommerce for a flat rate of $15. Shipment arrival times vary by country, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Click here to view a list of shipping times by country.

Although we seek to provide worldwide shipping, our shipping partners cannot deliver to certain countries. Click here for a full list of countries we are unable to ship to.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that SO&CO New York is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
